PUBLIC NOTICEDepartment of Permitting Services Division of Land Development Services has received a PRELIMINARY WATER QUALITY PLAN for MD ROUTE 27 AND A-305 The proposal is for the improvement of MD Route 27 and the construction of A-305 roadway from the intersection with MD Route 27 to the Clarksburg Village Property. The proposal is to subdivide existing Lot 64/B (16.14 acres) into three lots (2 new single family lots and one existing) located off of Rolling Road. This is within the Upper Rock Creek Special Protection Area. If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (January 23). The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
