Department of Permitting Services Division of Land Development Services has received a

PRELIMINARY WATER QUALITY PLAN

for

MD ROUTE 27 AND A-305

The proposal is for the improvement of MD Route 27 and the construction of A-305 roadway from the intersection with MD Route 27 to the Clarksburg Village Property.

The property is located within the Clarksburg Special Protection Area.

PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN

for

MUNCASTER MANOR LOTS 66-68/B

 

The proposal is to subdivide existing Lot 64/B (16.14 acres) into three lots (2 new single family lots and one existing) located off of Rolling Road. This is within the Upper Rock Creek Special Protection Area. If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (January 23). The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).

The site is located at 1313 Spencerville Road and includes the adjacent Parcel N152, which is within the Upper Paint Branch Watershed. The Upper Paint Branch Watershed is a designated Special Protection Area. The proposed development will consist of two proposed lots, one for single family use and the other for use as a nursery. The project consists of a total of 3.22 acres. If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice. The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
