The project will consist of two small additions to the existing school (totaling about 10,000 square feet) and the removal of a portion of sidewalk (about 2,600 square feet). This area is located within the Upper Rock Creek Special Protection Area.
RIDGE VIEW ESTATES
The proposed development will consist of one existing and four new single family houses on 2.53 acres. The site is located on Ridge Road (MD Route 27) which is within the Clarksburg Special Protection Area.
BOWIE MILL ESTATES LOTS 39-40
The proposed development will consist of one existing and one new single family house on 9.23 acres. The site is located on Foggy Lane which is within the Upper Rock Special Protection Area.
