Matt D’Amico is a principal for Planning and Urban Design at the Design Collective, Inc., a nationally recognized, multi-discipline planning and design firm with headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland. He will discuss the preparation of urban and central city master plans and the role of design guidelines in the design of mixed-use town centers, transit oriented development, and neighborhood revitalization projects. He will focus on high quality development projects that meet the approval of public and private stakeholders. Matt D’Amico and the Design Collective have received local and national awards for imaginative, realistic and implementable projects. Sample Projects: Shady Grove and Twinbrook community charrettes, Columbia Downtown Design Guidelines, Baltimore Transportation Center, the Maryland State Center urban neighborhood plan, and Baltimore Inner Harbor projects including the Power Plant Urban Entertainment project and the Maryland Science Center Expansion |

The Department of Permitting Services Division of Water Resources Management has received a PRELIMINARY WATER QUALITY PLAN for Mitchell-Boxwell Property. The site is located at 15340 Peach Orchard Road, which is within the Upper Paint Branch Watershed. The Upper Paint Branch Watershed is a designated Special Protection Area. The subject property currently exists as Parcel 211. The applicants wish to establish it as a Lot of Record. There is currently a single family home on the property, and there are no proposals for any development or further subdivision at this time. The subject property consists of a total of 1.77 acres.
If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice, posted November 23, 2009. The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
