The Department of Permitting Services Division of Water Resources Management has received a PRELIMINARY WATER QUALITY PLAN for Anselmo Property. The 42.2 acre site is located at the intersection of Briggs Chaney Road and Rainbow Drive, and is within the Upper Paint Branch Watershed. The Upper Paint Branch Watershed is a designated Special Protection Area. The project proposes to subdivide the current parcel into 33 single family detached building lots and five single family attached (townhouse) lots which will serve as MPDU’s, for a total of 38 lots.

This site is located on MD Route 124 between the Lindbergh Drive entrances which is within the Upper Rock Creek Special Protection Area. The proposal for this 6.15 acre site is to remove the existing buildings and construct three new buildings and the associated parking.
