Phase I of the plan will be built by SHA and Phase II will be constructed at a later date by M-NCPPC. Staff Recommendation: Approval of Park Concept Plan for Phase I by SHA and Future Phase II by M-NCPPC. Recommend Revision to ICC Record of Decision (ROD) for Proposed Phase I Facilities Reflecting Current Parks Needs. Planning Board Action/Decision: Approved. |

The Department of Permitting Services Division of Land Development Services has received a PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN for RICKMAN PROPERTY. This site is located on MD Route 124 between the Lindbergh Drive entrances which is within the Upper Rock Creek Special Protection Area. The proposal for this 6.15 acre site is to remove the existing buildings and construct three new buildings and the associated parking.
If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 1/11/2010). The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).

The proposed development will consist of a day care and after school facility for the Goddard School along with the associated infrastructure. The site is located on MD Route 355, north of West Old Baltimore Road which is within the Clarksburg Protection Area.
