IMPORTANT! PLANNING BOARD TO REDUCE AGENDA MAILINGS

Considering current and projected budget constraints, we must reduce substantially the cost of mailing the Board’s weekly agendas. As of June 27, 2003, we will no longer mail agendas to individuals, associations or businesses unless we hear directly from you by Tuesday, May 27, 2003. We encourage you to download the agendas each week from our web site at www.mc-mncppc.org <http://www.mc-mncppc.org>. Agendas are available online late Friday afternoon for the following Thursday’s meeting. In addition, hard copies are available at the M-NCPPC information section, 8787 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD. Staff reports for agenda items are available online by Tuesday before a Thursday meeting.

If you still wish to receive the Planning Board’s agendas by U.S. mail or broadcast e-mail, please put your request in writing. E-mail to Marion.Joyce@mncppc-mc.org , send a fax to 301-495-4724) or call us any time of day or night at 301-495-4600. While we can no longer mail agendas to all organizations, we will continue to notify civic and homeowners associations when preliminary plans, site plans and project plans are proposed in their areas. For this reason, it is vital that we have current presidents’ names, mailing addresses and phone numbers for all associations. Please call us with updated information, 24 hours a day, 301-495-4600. Thank you for your cooperation. Marion G. Joyce, Community Relations Manager.
