PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE UPPER ROCK CREEK AREA MASTER PLAN
The Montgomery County Planning Board will hear additional public comment on a single issue in the Upper Rock Creek Area Master Plan: Pulte Homes’ proposal for an adult community on the Freeman property. The Board will hear public comment on November 13, 2003 and discuss the proposal on November 20. Those wishing to testify in person on November 13 should contact the Community Relations Office at (301) 495-4600. Written testimony should be submitted to Derick P. Berlage, Chairman, Montgomery County Planning Board, and sent to the M-NCPPC at 8787 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910. Written submissions may be faxed to (301) 495-1320. |

WORKSHOP ON WOODMONT TRIANGLE
The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission and the Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County will hold the last in a series of community workshops on visions for the future of the Woodmont Triangle area of Bethesda, on November 10, 2003, from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Services Center, 4805 Edgemoor Lane in Bethesda. The workshop, “Recommendation and Solutions - Discussion and Analysis of Focus Group Results” is open to all.
