Planning Board Seeks Comment on Proposed Development Review/Permit Process and Zoning Legislation, Public Forum Set for January 5

SILVER SPRING, MD – The Montgomery County Planning Board encourages members of the community to testify at a public forum on Thursday, January 5, 2006, 7 p.m., on the proposed development review/permit process and on the Montgomery County Council’s proposed zoning legislation related to that process.

“We’re looking for the public’s feedback on a number of proposed amendments to the zoning code that could have a real impact on future development and the quality of life for our residents and businesses,” said Derick P. Berlage, Planning Board Chairman.
