How to find your meeting item

Each meeting is recorded in parts numbered 1, 2, 3, etc. Most of these recordings run for 60 minute segments. To find the portion of the Planning Board meeting you are interested in hearing, refer to the Agenda for that date (see past Agendas). Next, estimate from the agenda, which hour the item was likely discussed by the Board. Next, click on the link below on this page ("Go to Planning Board Live Recordings") and find the month and day the meeting was held. Click "play" to hear the segment that may contain your item. If you don't hear your item, try moving ahead to the next part and listen into that discussion. Do note: the Planning Board does, on occasion, take items out of the order indicated on the agenda.
