Unless otherwise noted, Planning Board meetings are held on Thursdays and begin at 9 a.m. The agenda is subject to change and certain items may be postponed or added.
The Planning Board encourages public testimony unless otherwise noted on the agenda. Written testimony is encouraged. Refer to the Planning Board Rules of Procedure for more information on public testimony.
Occasionally due to time constraints, the Planning Board may limit the total amount of time dedicated to public testimony. Total time limits will be listed on the agenda.

Hertz	Supplemental Appropriation to the M-NCPPC FY09 Capital Budget and Amendment to the FY09-14 Capital Improvements Program SilverPlace, located at 8787 Georgia in the Silver Spring CBD, will feature a new consolidated headquarters for the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, housing, and outstanding public spaces. It will be developed in accordance with a plan established through a community design charrette in June 2008.
