B. Parks FY10 CIP Current Revenue Reductions - The County Executive is recommending approximately $4.7 mil in current revenue cuts across several CIP projects. The Department of Parks has asked to lower the total amount of reductions to $2.5 mil. Staff would like to brief the Planning Board on these cuts and their impacts to the CIP. Any FY10 reductions will be done as part of the Executive’s Recommended CIP that is released on January 15.

Meeting of the Montgomery Parks Foundation Board of Trustees

The Montgomery Parks Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in the Auditorium of the M-NCPPC Montgomery Regional Office, 8787 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD, from 5 pm - 7 pm on Thursday, January 7, 2010. Three Montgomery County Planning Board Members are Members of the Montgomery Parks Foundation Board of Trustees.

Department of Permitting Services, Division of Water Resources Management

has received a PRELIMINARY WATER QUALITY PLAN

for Anselmo Property

The Department of Permitting Services Division of Water Resources Management has received a PRELIMINARY WATER QUALITY PLAN for Anselmo Property. The 42.2 acre site is located at the intersection of Briggs Chaney Road and Rainbow Drive, and is within the Upper Paint Branch Watershed.  The Upper Paint Branch Watershed is a designated Special Protection Area.  The project proposes to subdivide the current parcel into 33 single family detached building lots and five single family attached (townhouse) lots which will serve as MPDU’s, for a total of 38 lots.

 

If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice, posted December 28, 2009. The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
