This project encompasses approximately 0.87 acres of disturbance at 2608 Sagebrush Terrace, and is within the Main Stem of the Upper Paint Branch Watershed. The Upper Paint Branch Watershed is a designated Special Protection Area. The project proposes to convert the existing Outlot to a Lot of Record and to construct a single family residence on the property.
