Notice to Civic/Homeowner’s Associations

Effective Monday, November 1, 2004 please direct your correspondence, questions and request for civic/homeowner’s association database reports and information to me at my new work location in Development Review, on the second floor at 8787 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring.

I still need your help -- if you elect or designate a new person to receive information from our office, you will need to provide me with new information pertaining to your organization.  You may continue to direct your questions, changes, boundary maps and contact updates to me as they occur.  If you have elected a new president or designated a different person to receive any of the following information: Planning Board Agendas, development notices, public hearing notices or community meeting notices, you will need to provide me with a new mailing address and e-mail address.  Should you expand your association boundaries or merge with another group, you will need to provide me with a map indicating boundary changes to be added to the civic/homeowner association map.

Although I was recently assigned to work in Development Review, and will assume the responsibility of street names and addressing in Montgomery County and assist with customer service at the Publication and Information Desk, I still manage and maintain the civic/homeowner’s association database.  As always, I will continue providing you with the very best information that my resources will allow.

You may contact me by calling 301-495-4603 or by e-mailing me at nellie.carey@mncppc-mc.org for information pertaining to civic/homeowner associations.

Thanks,
