JAMES PROPERTY


The site is located near the intersection of Briggs Chaney Road and Old Columbia Pike, which is within the Upper Paint Branch Watershed. The Upper Paint Branch Watershed is a designated Special Protection Area. The proposed development will consist of two new single-family houses on 3.55 acres.

If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 6/13/2005).

The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).

Germantown Town Center Park Public Meeting

This hearing is scheduled for Thursday, June 30, 2005 (time to be announced) at M-NCPPC's Montgomery Regional Office Building Auditorium, 8787 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, MD.
