Any individual or organization may submit a written statement for consideration by the Planning Board. Written comments must be received in the Chair’s office at least 24 hours in advance of the Planning Board hearing date, referencing the hearing date and item, to be reviewed by the Board and included in the official record of the hearing. Written comments received within 24 hours before a hearing date will be placed in the file, but will not be considered by the Planning Board or included in the official record. Department of Permitting Services This project is on 24.4 acres located on Frederick Road, south of Suncrest Avenue. This site is currently zoned R-200 and is undeveloped. The proposed plan is to develop the site under a PD-4 zoning with a mix of townhouses and detached single family houses with the associated infrastructure. The site is located in the Clarksburg Special Protection Area.
If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 5/8/2015). The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday). |
