NOTICE Planning
Board Meeting on Enterprise User Fees Thursday, October 31, 2002 Montgomery Regional Office
(MRO) Auditorium 8787 Georgia Avenue,
Silver Spring Each year, the
Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission reviews the user fees
charged at our Enterprise facilities.
Staff from the Department of Park and planning, enterprise Office will
present he user fees for the upcoming year to the Montgomery County Planning
Board for public review and comment at this meeting. Copies of all our
proposed Enterprise fees may be obtained at the Department of Park and
Planning, Enterprise Office, Parkside Headquarters, 9500 Burnett Avenue,
Silver Spring. For additional
information, please contact Karen Warnick at (301) 650-2873. You are invited to comment on our
Enterprise fees at the Planning Board Meeting. Speakers who represent
organizations will be allowed five minutes; individuals will be allowed three
minutes. If you wish to comment on the fees,
please register in advance in calling (301) 650-2890. You may submit your comments on the
fees in writing prior to October 30, 2002, addressed to: Mr. Derick P. Berlage, Chairman,

Olney Master
Plan Open House Wednesday,
November 13, 2002 4:00 pm to 9:00

Friends School 16923 Norwood Road, Sandy Spring The Montgomery County Department of Park and Planning will hold an open house for interested citizens to review and discuss the proposed staff recommendations for the Olney Master Plan Update. There will be no formal presentation. Instead, staff will be available at individual stations on land use and zoning, transportation, environment, parks and recreation, and the town center to discuss draft master plan recommendations with participants. This will be the last formal opportunity to meet with staff before the Staff Draft of the proposed Master Plan is released in December.
