Board is inviting individuals and organizations to testify at the Public
Hearing on the Draft Master Plan for Blockhouse Point Conservation Park,
Thursday, December 18, at the M-NCPPC auditorium, 8787 Georgia Avenue,
Silver Spring, Maryland. Blockhouse Point Conservation Park is located
at 14750 River Road, Darnestown, Maryland. Copies of the Draft Master
