PRELIMINARY/FINAL
WATER QUALITY PLAN This plan is proposing
a development using the RNC cluster option and will contain approximately
186 lots of varying sizes with a mixture of single family detached and
duplexes. The property is 469 acres in size with approximately 300 acres
to remain undeveloped due to wetlands and environmental buffers. The
site surrounds Magruder High School and is located in the Upper Rock
Special Protection Area. If you wish to request a public information
meeting to review the Water Quality Plan(s), a written request must
be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted
