The Montgomery County Planning Board will hear 90 minutes of public testimony on parkland mitigation for the Intercounty Connector, known as the ICC, Thursday, July 28, 10 a.m. at M-NCPPC's auditorium, 8787 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland. To hear from as many people as possible, everyone speaking will have three minutes to testify with no time ceded from others.
