Briefing on Development Review Fees:The Development Review Division is expected to cover the cost of plan review through the collection of fees.Fees were last raised in 2003.In light of the increased staffing needs that have been recognized as a result of the Clarksburg crisis, an increase in fees is certainly justified. The Board needs to consider whether to change the formula used to calculate fees as well as which costs, in addition to labor costs, should be included. |
