Occasionally due to time constraints, the Planning Board may limit the total amount of time dedicated to public testimony. Total time limits will be listed on the agenda.

K. Stookey	Changes have been made to the Athletic Field Use and Outdoor Tennis Court Use Permit Policies to reflect current practices and introduce new regulations and guidelines. These proposed policies have been reviewed and approved by the Montgomery County Recreation Department, Community Use of Public Facilities, the Countywide Recreation Advisory Board, and the Montgomery County Tennis Association.
