PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN
for
Orchard Run

The site is located at the northwestern area of the Brink Road and MD Route 27 intersection. The development consists of 54.4 acres and the proposed use is for a planned retirement community. This area is located in the Clarksburg Special Protection Area.

If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 4/13/2009).

The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
