Division of Water Resources Management
has received a

PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN
for
COLESVILLE FARM ESTATES

The site is located at the intersection of Orchard Way and Somerset Lane, which is within the Upper Paint Branch Watershed. The Upper Paint Branch Watershed is a designated Special Protection Area. The proposed development will consist of one new single-family house and two existing single-family houses on 3.17 acres.

PRELIMINARY WATER QUALITY PLAN
for
THE RESERVE AT FAIR HILL

The site is located on Wickham Road, which is within the Upper Rock Creek Watershed. This portion of the Upper Rock Creek Watershed is a designated Special Protection Area. The proposed development will consist of 106 single- family homes and the associated infrastructure on 334 acres.

If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 7/26/2004).

The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday).
