PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN

For

MITCHELL PROPERTY

            The proposed development will include nineteen single-family houses and the associated infrastructure on 36 acres.  The site is located between Kinghouse Road and Peach Orchard Road which is within the Upper Paint Branch Special Protection Area.

 

PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN

For

MD 124 (WOODFIELD ROAD) IMPROVEMENTS

The proposed improvements in the Upper Rock Creek Special Protection Area will extend from south of Airpark Road, northward to Rosewood Manor Lane.  The improvements will consist of lane widening, additional lane construction, shoulder widening and sidewalk/bike path construction.

 

PRELIMINARY WATER QUALITY PLAN

For

GARNKIRK FARMS

 

This proposed development will consist of a mixture of single-family detached houses, town houses and condominiums.  The property is 29 acres in size and is proposing to develop under the PD-11 zoning requirements.  The site is located on Shawnee Lane which is within the Clarksburg Special Protection Area.

 

            If you wish to request a public information meeting to review the Water Quality Plan, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 9/5/2005).

 

            The Water Quality Plans are also available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours. (7:30am-4:00pm Monday through Friday)
