PUBLIC NOTICE Department of Permitting Services Division of Land Development Services has received a PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN for BOWIE MILL ESTATES The proposed development on this currently unimproved property will consist of four new single family houses on 18.07 acres. The site is located on Bowie Mill Road which is within the Upper Rock Creek Special Protection Area.
PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN for GRANBY WOODS The proposed development will consist of one existing and one new single family house on 3.59 acres. The site is located on Shremor Drive which is within the Upper Rock Special Protection Area.
If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 8/27/2009). The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
