About Kingsley Schoolhouse:

The Kingsley Schoolhouse was built in 1893 serving families located in the Little Bennett Creek Valley until 1935. It was closed after additional schools were constructed in the upper county and attendance was reported to be dwindling. Montgomery Parks offers open houses at the school on the first Sunday of the month, April through November, 12-4. Trained docents provide informal tours at this hands-on museum.
