Request for an amendment to the approved Preliminary Plan to increase the approved floor area from a maximum of 14,490 square feet to a maximum of 16,300 square feet for the replacement of a pharmacy/retail store/drive-through with a grocery and retail stores. CR 0.75, C0.5, R0.75, H80’ Zone; 5.56 acres; located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Darnestown Road and Travilah Road, in the Great Seneca Science Corridor Master Plan area.
B. Limited Site Plan Amendment 82013007A
Request to replace the previously approved Site Plan for a pharmacy/retail store/drive-through with a multi-tenant retail building of up to 16,300 square feet, which will include a grocery store and a retail establishment, with no drive-through, removal of the approved parking spaces located at the west side of the building, relocation and redesign of the approved plaza ,and associated circulation and landscaping improvements; located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Darnestown and Travilah Roads. Zoned CR 0.75 – C0.5, R0.75, H80, 5.56 acres, in the Great Seneca Science Corridor Master Plan area. The application includes an amendment to the previously approved Final Forest Conservation Plan.
