Housing Needs Assessment

The Planning board will be briefed on the Housing Needs Assessment, an analysis of current demographic, economic and housing market conditions in the county, as a well a detailed household and housing demand forecast for the county out to 2045 in support of the county’s update of the General Plan and Subdivision Staging Policy.
