This new study explores patterns in land use, demographic shifts, and housing across 37 communities in Montgomery County. While staff regularly analyze small-area data for master plans, this study is the first to comprehensively examine communities across the county at the same time. The report highlights key trends and potential policy implications for future planning efforts.
