Department of Permitting Services Division of Land Development Services has received a
PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN for 14911 GOOD HOPE ROAD
This site was previously a nursery operation with buildings a greenhouse and parking areas. The proposed plan is to remove the existing buildings and other impervious area and restore the area with grass. The intent is to eventually reforest the property. This property is located in the Upper Paint Branch Special Protection Area.
PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN for 1220 BRIGGS CHANEY ROAD
This site is an existing nursery operation that is proposing to improve the entrance, replace an existing garage and expand the parking area. This property is 2.46 acres in size and is located in the Upper Paint Branch Special Protection Area.
If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 03/03/2017).
The Water Quality Plan is available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
