Item 4 | 2024 Growth and Infrastructure Policy Update – Working DraftPlanning Department Staff will present the Working Draft of the 2024-2028 Growth and Infrastructure Policy update. Staff recommends approval of the Working Draft as the Public Hearing Draft and requests that the Planning Board set a date for the Public Hearing. The Planning Board must transmit the draft 2024-2028 Growth and Infrastructure Policy (GIP) to the County Council by August 1, 2024. Council will adopt an updated policy by November 15, 2024.
