SILVER SPRING, MD—The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) Montgomery County Department of Parks and Montgomery County Council Vice President Roger Berliner will join the Randolph Civic Association for its annual community day to celebrate the newly developed picnic pavilion and playground at Randolph Hills Local Park on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 12:00 noon – 2:00 pm.
The event will include brief remarks beginning at 12:00 noon, live music, food and a park naturalist-led program.
