Montgomery Parks Hosts Second Community Meeting on Wheaton-Claridge Local Park Renovation

SILVER SPRING, MDMontgomery Parks, part of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission invites the public to participate in a community meeting regarding the renovation of Wheaton-Claridge Local Park. The meeting will take place Thursday, June 26, 2014 from 7 – 9 p.m. at Wheaton-Claridge Local Park, Park Activity Building.

 

Parks staff will present concept alternatives that were developed based upon input received during the first community meeting in February 2014. Comments to the plan alternatives will be used to develop a final plan and cost estimate to renovate the park.
