BOYDS, MD — The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) seeks volunteers to tag and release monarch butterflies and visitors to join a pontoon boat tour with a park naturalist as a part of “Monarch Fiesta Day,” Saturday, September 17, 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Black Hill Visitor Center, 20926 Lake Ridge Drive, Boyds, Maryland.

Monarch Fiesta Day participants will enjoy games, butterfly hunts, exhibits, walks, story times, “The Monarch King” movie, creative drama, monarch tagging and more.
