PUBLIC NOTICE

Department of Permitting Services Division of Land Development Services has received a PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN for LUTHERAN CHURCH OF ST. ANDREW

 

The proposal is to provide entrance, sidewalk and drainage improvements along Maryland Route 650 (New Hampshire Avenue).There will be about 0.75 acres of disturbance and 0.14 acres of impervious area added within the Upper Paint Branch Watershed.The Upper Paint Branch Watershed is a designated Special Protection Area.

If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 2/21/2006).

The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
