Department of Permitting Services PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN
The subject property consists of 3.36 acres and is in the Clarksburg East Environmental Overlay Zone. The proposed development consists of a new Day Care Center, associated parking and an existing structure to remain. Portions of this site fall within the limits of the Clarksburg Special Protection Area and the Ten Mile Creek Special Protection Area. PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN This 18.17 acre property has previously been through the development process and is requesting an amendment to the approved Site Plan. This plan is proposing a new building, parking, and the associated infrastructure. This site is in the Piney Branch Special Protection Area. If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 1/8/2021). The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
