Department of Permitting Services PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN This project is on 10.21 acres located on Cabin Branch Avenue. This site is currently undeveloped. The proposed development will include two residential apartment buildings, parking and amenities (including a pool and park). The site is located within the Clarksburg Special Protection Area. If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 11/09 /2017).
