The subject property consists of 3.36 acres and is in the Clarksburg East Environmental Overlay Zone. The proposed development consists of a new Day Care Center, associated parking and an existing structure to remain. Portions of this site fall within the limits of the Clarksburg Special Protection Area and the Ten Mile Creek Special Protection Area.
