Romeo and Elsie Hoard House (M:31-87): An Amendment to the Master Plan for Historic Preservation 

As part of the University Boulevard Corridor Plan, worksession to list the Romeo and Elsie Hoard House (M:31-87) in the Locational Atlas & Index of Historic Sites and the Master Plan for Historic Preservation.  

Staff recommendation: List the Romeo and Elsie Hoard House in the Locational Atlas & Index of Historic Sites and recommend that the County Council designate the property in the Master Plan for Historic Preservation.

Public hearing, worksession, and action on an amendment to the Master Plan for Historic Preservation and Locational Atlas & Index of Historic Sites.  

Staff recommendation: The Planning Board lists Timberlawn in the Locational Atlas & Index of Historic Sites and recommends that the County Council designates the property in the Master Plan for Historic Preservation.
