Old Georgetown Estates, Preliminary Plan No. 120190230, Regulatory Extension Request #2

Request to extend the regulatory review period from November 21, 2019, to December 5, 2019. Additional time is required because the Planning Board is on a tour on November 21, 2019 and there is not a Planning Board meeting on November 28, 2019 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. The project is located at 11700 Danville Drive, at the western terminus of Tall Tree Terrace; on approximately 5.87 acres of land zoned R-200; within the 1992 North Bethesda Garrett Park Master Plan area.

This site consists of approximately 400 acres in Clarksburg, bordered by Clarksburg Road to the east and West Old Baltimore Road to the south. This site is proposing 96 single family detached units and 155 townhomes and the associated infrastructure. This site falls within the limits of the Ten Mile Creek Special Protection Area.

The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
