Miles Coppola Property

The subject property consists of 99.54 acres and is in the Clarksburg East Environmental Overlay Zone. The proposed development consists of 335 dwelling units with both townhouses and multi-family units, and the associated infrastructure. This site falls within the limits of the Ten Mile Creek Special Protection Area.

PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN

This development is proposing one single family dwelling unit on 0.97 acres. This site is in the Upper Rock Creek Special Protection Area.
