M-NCPPC’s Montgomery County Planning Board is inviting you to testify on the proposed consolidation of its parks and planning headquarters scheduled for Monday, July 21, 8787 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland. Please call 301-495-4600 to sign up in advance to speak to the Planning Board, Thursday, July 10, 7:30 p.m., on the proposed options for revising the Annual Growth Policy (AGP). Among the options are changes to the public schools test and the transportation test. The public hearing will begin with a brief staff presentation followed by public comment limited to 2 ½ hours. PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN
for
FAIRLAND HEIGHTS



The site is located at the end of Starcrest Drive, which is within the Upper Paint Branch Watershed. The Upper Paint Branch Watershed is a designated Special Protection Area. The proposed development will consist of 1 new single-family house on a 0.56 acre lot. If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 7/7/2003). The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours. (8:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday)
