WOODMONT TRIANGLE COMMUNITY FORUM

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission and the Conflict Resolution Council of Montgomery County will hold a community forum on the Woodmont Triangle on December 15, 2003, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Regional Services Center, 4805 Edgemoor in Bethesda. Results of the three previous workshops and a plan of action will be presented. Everyone is invited to attend.

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission's (M-NCPPC) Montgomery County Planning Board is inviting individuals and organizations to testify at the Public Hearing on the Draft Master Plan for Blockhouse Point Conservation Park, Thursday, December 18, at the M-NCPPC auditorium, 8787 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring, Maryland. Blockhouse Point Conservation Park is located at 14750 River Road, Darnestown, Maryland. Copies of the Draft Master Plan are available at the Potomac Library, 10101 Glenolden Drive, Potomac; at the Commission's Montgomery Regional Office at 8787 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring; and online at the Commission's web site, www.mc-mncppc.org.

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission's (M-NCPPC) Montgomery County Planning Board is seeking public testimony on an amendment to the Master Plan of Highways (Transportation) and the 1989 Master Plan for the Communities of Kensington-Wheaton on the proposed interchange at Randolph and Veirs Mill Roads, Thursday, January 8, 2004, at M-NCPPC's auditorium, 8787 Georgia Avenue, Silver Spring.
