This project is on 0.70 acres located at the intersection of Whelan Lane and Clarksburg Road. This site is currently undeveloped. The proposed plan is for a Potomac Edison Substation and the associated parking. The site is located within the
Clarksburg Road at MD 355 Intersection Improvements The purpose of this project is to provide an increased level of service and will include land widening, new sidewalks and the installation of curb along Clarksburg Road and MD 355. If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 9/29/2017).
