The subject property consists of 0.36 acres and is zoned CRT-0.5. There is an existing house on the property, the shell of which will remain. The proposed development consists of a new access drive, parking area and the associated infrastructure to support an Animal Hospital. This site falls within the Ten Mile Creek Special Protection Area.

2605 Sagebrush Terrace

This 2.604 acre property will be formed by combining three outlots to make one buildable lot for a single-family home. This site is in the Upper Paint Branch Special Protection Area.
