has received a

PRELIMINARY/ FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN
for
Ashford Woods

This site consists of approximately 141 acres and is generally located along the west side of MD 355, south of Comus Road and bisected by I-270. The portion of the property west of I-270 is approximately 40 acres and is proposed to be dedicated to MNCPPC for parkland. The portion of the property to the east of I-270 is approximately 101.5 acres and is proposed to consist of 364 dwelling units and the associated infrastructure. This site falls within the limits of the Ten Mile Creek Special Protection Area.

If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 1/17/2020).

The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
