Department of Permitting Services PRELIMINARY WATER QUALITY PLAN This project is located on Frederick Road (MD Route 355) and is proposing a mix of 50 single family and townhouse units and the associated infrastructure on 10.28 acres. The site is located within the Clarksburg Special Protection Area.
PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN for This project proposes to add 2,440 linear feet of shared use path along the north side of MD 355 from Stringtown Road to 350 feet south of Clarksburg Road (MD 121). The work area is located within the Ten Mile Creek Special Protection Area. If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 2/16/2018). The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
