Planning Board Seeks Public Comment on
Water and Sewer Category Change Requests

The Planning Board will hear testimony and consider recommendations for the water and sewer category change requests (WSSCR) listed below on Thursday June 4, 2020. The applications request that community water and/or sewer service be extended to these properties.

A virtual public hearing for these cases will take place on June 9, 2020 at 1:00 pm before the County Council. Planning Board recommendations for these cases will be presented to the Council at that hearing.

The Village at Cabin Branch

 

This site consists of 62.23 acres and is located north of Little Seneca Parkway and between Cabin Branch Avenue and I-270. The proposed development for this site is for a senior living community and the associated infrastructure. This site falls within the limits of the Clarksburg Special Protection Area.

If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 5/22/2020).

The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
