Item 9 | 2024 Growth and Infrastructure Policy Update – Scope of Work (Public Hearing)Briefing: The County Council is required to adopt the 2024-2028 Growth and Infrastructure Policy (GIP) by November 15, 2024. In support of this effort, Planning Department staff is initiating the update to the GIP to ensure the adequacy of public infrastructure and that the policy is aligned with other County policies and priorities as well as the County’s current growth context.
